We've travelled and toured across this beautiful country, using a variety of products along the way, whether in the car or caravan. This page is dedicated to sharing the products we've personally used during our journeys and highly recommend.

Wheels & Tyres
The Wheel Deal are the real deal! We have been using their quality range of wheels and tyres over 4 years now, across many different vehicles. They stock quality brands such as (our favs) ROH Wheels, Mickey Thompson tyres which we have used on our builds. Based in Melbourne, however they ship Australia wide, to your doorstep, and their wheel and tyre packages come fully fitted and road force balanced so all you have to do is whack them on! Winches & Recovery GearWe use Carbon Off Road winches and recovery gear in our vehciles, including our 79 Series and Lance our HJ47 Landcruiser. While a winch is something we may not use frequently, when we do need it, we need it to work! We've used lower quality winches in the past that seize and have proven to be unreliable when you need them most. Carbon Off Road has developed a solid reputation for reliability, toughness and has been tested in some of the harshest environments in Australia and overseas. Get 10% off with discount code: STS10

Trays & CanopiesWe run a GWorks tray and 1500mm canopy on our current 79 series, which includes under-tray toolboxes, rear under-tray drawer, headboard water tank, 115L upright fridge, pull-out pantry, central locking doors and even a Big Bertha 12v oven. No shortage of power either, we've added 400AH lithium batteries, 3000 Watt Redarc Inverter, Redarc Alpha 100 Charger and Redvision. An absolute premium product, with quality fixtures and fittings, we LOVE our setup.

Boots & ClothingIf you've followed our content, you'll notice we're often in our daily uniform of Bisley workwear, paired with Puma Safety work boots. As an ex-chippy, I've tried plenty of workwear, but nothing compares to Bisley. Whether we're crawling around under a car in the garage or out camping in the bush, Bisley is our go-to. I particularly love the Puma Safety boots - they're a perfect work boot/jogger hybrid, with a fibreglass toe cap and a lightweight design. Megan is a big fan of the Bisley jackets and jeggings for the colder months, as they're comfortable and incredibly warm.

Gull Wing WindowsBasically, if you've got a wagon with sliding or solid rear windows, you need these! We installed the Emuwing Gullwing windows into our 60 Series Landcruiser and it's a game changer. Now we're able to access the beer fridge easier! Comes as a DIY kit, which was easy to follow. Watch our full installation video here.

ToolsYou never know what can go wrong on your travels, so it's a must to keep some tools in your vehicle. We keep the SP Tools 90 Piece Mobile Tool Roll in the ute, which has everything you need, and nothing you don't.

Electric ChainsawOur chainsaw of choice? When we're camping or travelling, without a doubt, it's electric. We use a Milwaukee M18 battery-powered chainsaw during our travels, as it's perfect for cutting smaller limbs rather than large logs. It's compact and easy to store, and has no fuel or oil smell when we open the canopy (where we store it). Plus, it's much quieter, so it doesn't disturb others around us.

Portable FirepitPortable firepits are now essential for camping, offering a safe, contained way to enjoy a campfire while protecting the environment and complying with restrictions. We use the Bennetts Steel 'Easy Burn' flat pack firepit, which is around 8kg in the carry bag. Easy to set up, 2mm steel (so it doesn't warp) and also has a BBQ plate.
